Next, I stage almost every home I list. I owned my own Staging Company some years back and feel that it is a major factor in how quickly you sell your home. It may be difficult to have someone come in and have you make changes to the appearance of your home, BUT Sellers have to understand Buyers reaction to eye appeal. So, it’s simply “a means to the end”, and then you can put the family pictures back on the wall and restore anything else to your original liking. I also provide the staging items if necessary. (No charge to the Seller for staging).
